Bandar Seri Begawan - The newly appointed Malaysian High Commissioner to Brunei, Datuk Ali bin Abdullah, yesterday gave a thumbs-up to the upcoming Cultural Festival 2005 to be organised by the Malaysian Citizens Association (PWM) at the Chung Hwa Middle School in the capital on July 2 at 7pm.
