GUANGZHOU, China -- Ever since Mickey Mouse visited Lin Huanbin's school here last summer, telling fairy tales and passing out Mouseketeer certificates, the 11-year-old boy has been unable to get Mi Laoshu out of his mind.

A decade in the making, the Wellington-based Cultural Trust of the Palm Beaches unveiled plans this week to build a “cultural campus” next to the Mall at Wellington Green. The project is a worthy one and deserves the support of everyone in the western communities.
